again my trusty chocolate recipe has been used for these with chocolate buttercream and lastly the daisies were made from fondant
my fool proof moist gf chocolate cake is
2 cups of sugar
1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
3/4 cup of cocoa
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
1.5 teaspoon of bi-carb
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 cup of oil
1 cup of milk
1 cup of boiling water
sift dry ingreds together
then add the vanilla , eggs , then oil, milk and lastly boiling water….mix well ….bake in a mod oven til cook usually around 40 minutes …check with a skewer.
then buttercream butter, icing sugar and a little milk.
then salted caramel sauce……. i can upload that recipe later…… 🙂
Vanilla cake with piped buttercream and a little bit of fondant
this is a gluten free chocolate cake and I added orange rind and orange juice , hence turning it into a Jaffa cake and it tasted yummo….. if I may say so
it’s also my 1st attempt at a chocolate wrap so I was pleasantly pleased with the outcome.
made for a family member’s b’day .. that why is gf so I could have some as well.
